In just 300 sq ft, this eye care clinic was designed to feel larger than it measures. The palette is restrained — whites and teal. White reflects and amplifies light, dissolving edges. Teal introduces calm — a subtle clinical reassurance without coldness.
The planning is direct and efficient. Clear circulation, compact storage, minimal yet precise detailing. Nothing excessive, nothing performative.
In a post-COVID healthcare world shaped by tight budgets, the approach was simple: intelligent design over expensive finishes. Cost-effective materials, thoughtful lighting, and spatial clarity working together. A small footprint, expanded through perception.
